Can I Use the Word "Agile" Enough?

Zane’s post on the negative effects of personal motivations on software development reminded me of Cockburn’s discusion in Agile Development on the same topic. I went a-Googling for a write up, or summary of what was in the book. The closest thing I found was this, but the rest seemed like slim pickins.
